Approach

We needed a fresh new approach to inspire immersive experiences. I facilitated co-design workshops with senior stakeholders creating 3D service blueprints to communicate more depth and dimensions of the potential future service showroom experiences with customers, builders, architects and Brickworks employees.

Outcome

 

Technology is disrupting
the construction industry.

The future concepts assisted in showing Brickworks how human-centred design plus leveraging the latest technologies can create immersive experiences for people to build better homes and manufacture products via precision with zero downtime. The proposed solutions are currently being prioritised for the future roll-out.
